BUSINESS STRUCTURE DISCLOSURE

Glam Cave of Kent operates as a shared beauty and wellness collective that houses multiple independently owned and operated businesses.

Services within Glam Cave are provided by individual professionals and brands, including but not limited to:

Bronzed Babe Sunless Spray Tans (owned by Amber Michael)
Unique Esthetics (owned by Connie Williams)
Braided by Tesha Genet LLC ( Owned by Tesha Genet)
Independent providers such as licensed estheticians, cosmetic specialists, and service providers (including but not limited too Maya – Esthetician, Jaylanne – Teeth Whitening Specialist)

Each provider operates as an independent business entity, responsible for their own services, pricing, products, scheduling, and client care.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR DISCLAIMER

All service providers within Glam Cave are independent contractors, not employees of Glam Cave of Kent.

By booking an appointment or receiving services, you acknowledge:

Your service agreement is directly with the individual provider, not Glam Cave of Kent as a whole
Each provider maintains their own:
- Licenses and certifications
- Insurance coverage (if applicable)
- Service protocols and procedures

Glam Cave of Kent is not liable for individual service outcomes, reactions, or disputes between client and provider.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES

Appointments are booked directly with each individual provider
Pricing varies by provider and service
Deposits, cancellations, and refund policies are determined by each provider

Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the specific provider’s policies prior to booking

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Each provider sets their own cancellation terms. However, general expectations include:

24–48 hour notice may be required for cancellations
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
- Loss of deposit
- Cancellation fees
- Refusal of future bookings

SERVICE RESULTS & LIABILITY WAIVER

By receiving any service at Glam Cave, you acknowledge and agree:

Results may vary based on:
- Skin type
- Hair type
- Medical conditions
- Aftercare compliance
You have disclosed all relevant medical history, allergies, and sensitivities to your provider

Glam Cave and its providers are not responsible for adverse reactions when proper information is not disclosed.

🩺 MEDICAL & COSMETIC SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Some services offered within Glam Cave (including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare) may be considered medical or semi-medical.

These services are performed by qualified and licensed professionals only
Clients must complete all required consent forms prior to treatment

👉 Glam Cave of Kent does not act as a medical provider unless explicitly stated.

HYGIENE & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

All providers are expected to maintain:

Clean, sanitized workspaces
Proper disinfection of tools and equipment
Compliance with Ohio state regulations and licensing requirements

CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY

We are committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Clients may be refused service for:

Inappropriate behavior
Harassment or discrimination
Failure to follow provider's instructions
Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the individual provider
Refunds, adjustments, or corrections are handled solely by the provider who performed the service

MEDIA RELEASE

By entering Glam Cave, you may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes.

GENERAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Glam Cave of Kent serves as a shared space for independent beauty professionals.

By visiting or receiving services, you agree that:

Glam Cave is not responsible for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or service dissatisfaction related to independent providers
Responsibility lies with the individual business or provider performing the service

FINAL AGREEMENT

By booking an appointment or receiving services within Glam Cave of Kent, you confirm that you:

Understand the independent contractor structure
Agree to the policies of your selected provider
Release Glam Cave of Kent from liability outside of its role as a shared space
